It is a great compliment to now add in water consumption too. I don’t have any specific weight loss goals, but I am always eager to see where I am at on my watch throughout the day. I am an active person, pretty much always surpassing my 10,000 step daily goal and working out at the gym 3-4 times a week, not to mention chasing around 3 kids. It is a great tracker to see when you are drinking throughout the day, how much and of course you will get reminders on your devise (even your Apple Watch or Fitbit!) when to drink. You can also add glasses in that you drink from something other than the bottle. In the app, you will add in your personal details like weight and fitness level. It actually pairs with your smartphone and then you can change things like the glow frequency (and even colour!) throughout the day. There is a great video that really shows how it lights up – take a look! The next thing she wanted to see was the glow! The Hidrate Spark glows to remind you when it is time to take a drink. It is a nice wide spout that is very easy to wipe away any lipstick or gloss residue without having to wash the entire thing. I had a girlfriend that was interested in seeing it and the first thing she wanted to see was the water spout as she said she is very particular about that. And yet another annoyance was that the charger module has to be removed from the bottom of the bottle to charge it. Another annoyance was not being able to put the whole bottle in the dishwasher.
